Remittance Form for Mission Contributions
Please use the above form to submit the following support funds to the presbytery:

NOTE: This form is NOT to be used for the remittance of per capita payments.
General Mission Support
Funds given directly to Pittsburgh Presbytery in support of the current year operating budget.
Shared Mission Support
This unrestricted mission support is added to Directed Mission Support and divided by the presbytery approved percentages of 69% for Pittsburgh Presbytery, 9% for the Synod of the Trinity, and 22% for the General Assembly budget support.
Directed Mission Support
Mission and project support for the General Assembly, the Synod of the Trinity, and Pittsburgh Presbytery.
General Assembly Special Offerings & Programs
Funds collected for General Assembly special offerings, Extra Commitment Opportunities, and Designated Disaster Relief.
Pittsburgh Presbytery Special Offerings & Programs
Funds given for presbytery validated mission projects, presbytery special offerings, and other programs of Pittsburgh Presbytery.
